OP Games is seeking a passionate Social Media Coordinator to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engage our community, and drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms, including X (fka Twitter), Discord, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and objectives.
- Monitor and respond to community interactions in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media metrics and insights to refine content and strategy, ensuring optimal engagement and growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and development teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure we remain ahead of the curve.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions, contests, and product launches.
- Identify and engage with influencers and key opinion leaders in the Web3 and gaming communities.
- Provide regular reports on social media performance, including key metrics and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the gaming or tech industry.
- Strong understanding and passion for blockchain technology and Web3 gaming.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with social media management tools
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging and original content.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media data and make data-driven decisions.
